Comfortable stay with some quirks

We had a comfy room here, and the staff was super friendly. It's just minutes to Cahokia Historic Site, which was perfect for us. The breakfast had a good selection, from yogurt to sausages. Just a heads-up, check your shower curtain because ours was missing. Not cool when you're ready to shower!

The staff went above and beyond, providing us with extra towels and a luggage rack. The fun waffle flavors during breakfast were a delightful surprise that brightened our mornings.

I had a delightful stay! The breakfast spread was fantastic with scrambled eggs and bacon, and the huge walk-in shower really impressed me. Plus, having multiple pillows made for a comfy night.

Family with children, and need to plan ahead

The breakfast was pretty great, they had everything from pancakes to sausage, really good for a family. Plus, the staff was super nice and helped us with a few things we needed, making us feel comfortable with the kids.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bathroom had mildew issues that need attention. Staff were friendly during my stay. Breakfast selection could use improvement.

The locations around the hotel offer plenty of local dining options, making it convenient for quick meals. The breakfast area features unique items like pumpkin waffles, a nice touch for the fall season.

There was a distinct odor in the lobby and hallways that felt off, like a strong spicy cooking smell that lingered. In my room, there were debris on the floor as if the place hadn't seen a vacuum in a while, leaving me with a mess to look at. For a family of four, the three towels and one washcloth provided felt insufficient, necessitating an extra trip to the front desk for more. The doors to the side didn't function well either. they took several tries to open, which wasn’t the best experience.

The location was perfect for visiting nearby attractions, and the breakfast had delicious scrambled eggs! One downside was the worn-down elevator that flickered. 😕

i had a great stay at la quinta. the location was perfect, right across the street from my daughter's dance competition. the queen room with two queen beds was clean and comfortable. the staff was really helpful and welcoming, even late at night.

I stayed for one night in a King Room. The check-in process was smooth and quick. The AC worked well, keeping the room nice and cool. The breakfast had a good variety, including flavorful scrambled eggs. The location was convenient with ample dining options nearby. 😄

However, noise from landscaping during checkout was disruptive, and there were issues with cleanliness that need addressing, especially in the handicap room. There were moments of discomfort due to the presence of rat droppings, which impacted our overall experience.

i had a delightful stay this time, much better than my last visit to collinsville. the room was clean and cozy, and the breakfast included a great variety of tasty options. staff members were friendly and attentive, making the stay enjoyable and hassle-free.
